Overview
We’re seeking a motivated sales professional to manage and grow relationships with direct customers, freight forwarders, and brokers.
This role focuses on securing new business, maintaining dedicated lanes, and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Sales Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, freight forwarders, and brokers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Negotiate rates and contracts for dedicated lanes and shipments
- Monitor customer needs and ensure timely, high-quality service
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to coordinate shipments
- Track sales metrics and report progress to management
Sales Requirements
- Proven sales experience, ideally in logistics, trucking, or transportation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with freight forwarding, brokers, and shipping processes is a plus
